OK, this is a little complicated, but the Jenny from The Crossing Over Worlds (which consisted entirely of cameos/crossover into other webcomics), technically was in the Evil Overlords United webcomic, but the sequence was run on A Pessimistic Sense of Inadequacy. Jenny also later had a cameo in P.S.I. proper.
